Our goal is to bring revolution to the stagnant worldwide railway signalling market through a unique blend of technology, operating model and open interface specification.

Engineering team strengthened further with experienced hire

Universal Signalling's engineering team has grown again, adding more safety critical product development experience as the company looks to move its MVP (Minimum Viable Product) system demonstrator to market.
Ben van Kesteren, an development engineer with over 25 years experience, joins today.

Universal Signalling, leading a consortium of industry partners, has been shortlisted for a prestigious RIA (Railway Industry Association) (RIA) award for Innovation. The award shortlist is part of RIA’s annual RISE (Railway Industry Supplier Excellence) awards.
First light rail demo completed at BCIMO, Dudley

The Universal signalling team successfully closed out their involvement with the Clean Futures Accelerator programme, demonstrating their innovation to over 120 attendees at BCIMO on 30 April 2024.
